Sesame Teriyaki Chicken with Baby Bok Choy

  • 1 pound boneless chicken breast, diced into cubes

  • 1 packet of baby bok choy

  • Salt and pepper

  • Sesame oil

  • ½ cup of teriyaki sauce (?)


  1. Season the chicken cubes with salt and pepper and set aside.

  2. Heat sesame oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.

  3. Add chicken and saute until cooked.

  4. Add baby bok chou and stir fry until cooked

  5. Add 3 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce and stir.

  6. Add ¼ cup of water and let it simmer.

  7. Remove from heat and serve.
