1 pound boneless chicken breast, diced into cubes
1 packet of baby bok choy
Salt and pepper
½ cup of teriyaki sauce (?)
Season the chicken cubes with salt and pepper and set aside.
Heat sesame oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.
Add chicken and saute until cooked.
Add baby bok chou and stir fry until cooked
Add 3 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce and stir.
Add ¼ cup of water and let it simmer.
Remove from heat and serve.
