If you're a truffle fan, we're not saying you have to try this, but you should definitely not not try it. Capisce? East meets west right smack in the middle, with raw scallops and roe (truffle and sashimi - who'da thunk it?) serving as unbeatable toppings to a bed of truffle-infused dry udon. Really, it's basically like pasta, but also a rich, palette-tickling extravaganza.
